Great job! The outcomes are very impressive. The wood and concrete joint is a little too ridiculous. But i guess you were going for it anyway. The newer posts at the top of the page are interesting but above all are very well written, i was wondering if its all your wording. If yes, then you have a shining talent for creative writing, at least in my books.
tom, the final looks hot. wish the wood was all replaced with metal tho, but alas the fabled laser cutter has not yet landed within our grasp. would like to operate this sucker. about the same joint e mentioned: not feelin it. maybe a third material needed between conc/wood? formally looks cool though.
ya i feel like i got a lot of flak for that joint... but it was what i was going for. i think i for sure could have developed it more to express what i was trying to say with it...but its interesting that it causes a lot of reaction.
